Alisdair was the recipient of the 2013 Helpmann Award for best male dancer in a dance or physical theatre work. He was also the recipient of the 2012 Green Room's best male dancer award for his year’s work with Lucy Guerin Inc and Chunky Move. Also the recipient of the 2004 Friends of the VCA scholarship and was nominated for the 2008 Green Room award for best male dancer. Timothy Szczepkowski-Collins studied dance at the VCASS. In 2011 he moved to Germany and danced with Ballett Dortmund and Theater Magdeburg. In 2012 he danced in “The Sealed Angel” with the Rundfunk Chor Berlin and performed it for the Composer of the piece Rodion Shchedrin and his wife Russian Ballerina Maya Plisetzkaya. From 2012 to 2015 he was a soloist with the Mainfranken Theater Wuerzburg under the artistic direction of Anna Vita. Since the beginning of 2016 Timothy has been engaged with the Australian Ballet Company’s ‘Out Reach’ program for schools and ‘Storytime Ballet.’

Luke was one of ten arts writers selected from approximately 100 Europe-based applicants to participate in the prestigious Aerowaves Europe Springback Academy dance journalism mentorship programme. His performances credits include: State Opera of South Australia, Pinchgut Opera, Victorian Opera, Sydney Chamber Opera, Brisbane Baroque and Melbourne Opera, in addition to solo appearances with the Adelaide and Sydney Symphony Orchestras and the Orchestra of the Antipodes. His roles encompass early music, standard repertoire and world premieres, with highlights including Tamino, the Magic Flute; Count Almaviva, the Barber of Seville; Clotarco, Armida; Nadir, les Pêcheurs de Perles; Jaquino, Fidelio; Harlekin, Der Kaiser von Atlantis; Magician, Snow Queen; and Aeneas, Dido and Aeneas. Also performed Britten’s extensive solo tenor workLes Illuminations. Recipient and Prizewinner in the Sydney McDonald’s Aria, the Australian Singing Competition and the 2014 Mietta Song Competition (Runner-Up and Australian Song Prize). He continued his development from 2012-2014 with the generous support of the Dame Nellie Melba Opera Trust as recipient of the John and Elizabeth Wright-Smith scholarship.
