On the 5th May, our Year 8 students stepped back in time during a Medieval Incursion as part of their study of Medieval Europe. Students explored crime and punishment, weapons and armour, and took part in a lively tournament where they tested different medieval equipment. Punishments were delivered, battles were fought, and, by the end of the day, a new king was anointed. It was a memorable and engaging way to bring medieval history to life.
